Full Paper & Abstract Submission

AI in Dermatology Summit 2026 | Vienna, Austria, 29th September 2026

The Scientific Committee calls the submission of original work in the form of  full papers or abstracts. Accepted full papers will be published in a special issue of Dermatology Practical & Conceptual (indexed in PubMed, PubMed Central, Scopus, and Web of Science). Accepted abstracts will be presented as e-posters. 

  • Full paper submission deadline: 15.05.2026
  • Notification of acceptance: 31.07.2026
  • Publication date of full papers: October 2026
  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the Journal’s online submission platform and prepared according to the Dermatology Practical & Conceptual author guidelines
  • Accepted article types: Original Article, Letter to the Editor, Commentary, and Opinion
  • For a waiver of the submission fee, authors may contact contactdpcj@mattiolihealth.com
  • Language: English only
  • Length of orignal articles: Maximum 3,000 words (excluding references, tables, and figures)
  • Figures and tables: Combined maximum of 10; figures must be 300 dpi
  • Format: Microsoft Word or RTF, double-spaced, Times New Roman 12 pt, with line and page numbers
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed
  • Submissions sent by email will not be accepted
  • Accepted papers will appear in the Special Issue of Dermatology Practical & Conceptual
  • Abstract submission deadline: 15.05.2026
  • Notification of acceptance: 31.07.2026
  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Submission System of the Oxford Abstracts
  • Submissions sent by email will not be accepted
  • The submitting author is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Abstracts must be written in English
  • The maximum length is 300 words, you may include up to one supporting figure or table
  • Your abstract must be related to one subject area (to be selected in the Submission system)
  • Abstracts must be submitted by registered participants of the conference
