Griss Lab - Translational Bioinformatics

Griss Lab - Translational Bioinformatics

Our research approach merges the analysis of primary patient samples with the integration of large-scale, public ‘omics datasets. For this, we are able to work on Austria’s largest supercomputer to perform these analyses.

As the integration of different ‘omics data types is still a challenge, we are developing ReactomeGSA (https://reactome.github.io/ReactomeGSA), a multi-omics pathway analysis tool part of the Reactome Knowledgebase. This project is conducted in collaboration with the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI, UK).
