We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the conference date: Full refund, minus a € 50 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before the conference date: 50 % of the conference fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made 1-14 days before the conference date: No refund.
- No-shows on the day of the conference: No refund.
- All cancellations, refund requests, and registration transfers must be submitted in written form.
