Understanding the role of innate immune cells during contact hypersensitivity
The dynamics of myeloid immune cells during various stages of contact hypersensitivity is underappreciated. Utilizing cutting-edge intravital, multiphoton microscopy and transgenic fluorescent reporter mice, we aim to decipher the dynamics of immune cells post-hapten sensitization. We envision that developing a deeper understanding of cellular interactions during hypersensitivity responses will be critical for deciphering novel pathways and therapeutic targets.
