Imaging dynamics of immune cells in the melanoma tumour microenvironment
We have developed amelanotic melanoma models compatible with advanced imaging modalities for functional exploration of the immune system in immunocompetent mice. Utilizing cutting-edge intravital, multiphoton microscopy and light-sheet imaging, we can decipher the immune cell dynamics and localization at a single-cell resolution.
